As of Spring War AS45 (2 October 2010) the Lochac Historian is Lord Somhairle Mac Nicail.
This is a Lesser Kingdom office reporting to the Kingdom Seneschal. Essentially, the Historian maintains the archive that documents the history of the Kingdom of Lochac.
