Baronial Business Meeting

• The objective of the Baronial Business Meeting is to make decisions.
• Meetings are to occur monthly where possible during active SCA period.
• Agenda items are to be emailed to the Seneschal three days prior to the meeting.
• The agenda is to be published on the St Florian list and on the St Florian website prior to the meeting.
• Officer reports are to go directly to the Seneschal which will inform the agenda if there are any issues. No report will be accepted at the Baronial Meeting.
• Where brainstorming activities are required, a meeting will occur separately to discuss and then to work out options or proposals to be presented to the Baronial Business Meeting.
