CARBONATA (MEDIEVAL KITCHEN P 97)

Ingredients:

  • 12 Slices of Ham
  • 1 tspn of Sugar
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 1 tbsp on finely chopped parsley
  • tspn of cinnamon

Method:

  1. Heat or boil ham, Slice
  2. Sprinkle with spices and juice and serve
