CARBONATA (MEDIEVAL KITCHEN P 97)
Ingredients:
- 12 Slices of Ham
- 1 tspn of Sugar
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 1 tbsp on finely chopped parsley
- tspn of cinnamon
Method:
- Heat or boil ham, Slice
- Sprinkle with spices and juice and serve
