From the beginning in 1994, St Florian de la Riviere has aimed for most feasts and lunch time affairs to cook and enjoy period food. Many fine feasts have come through years of experimentation, trials and errors. While some Period foods may seem initially strange to the modern palate, the ability of the St Florian Cooks to satisfy the Barony at feasts is unquestionable. Members of the cooking community have been the main contributors of running the kitchens at feasts within St Florian providing a wide range of simply delectable morsels as well as amazing subtleties.
