Michealmas I Post Mortem

• Side table worked well (There was a side table set up next to the kitchen. This allowed servers - new idea to have a separate team due to the experience from Feast of Muses - to keep clear of the hard working kitchen crew who had next to no space in the kitchen)
• Serving Style was excellent (Developed a serving style. Servers with platters first attended the high table in order of height, platters held up shoulder point. Then the rest of the hall was served in remove hits)
• Cleaning - problems with differentiating dishes
• Greetings from Steward worked well - good for newcomers
• Hall atmosphere was warm and tranquil
• Entertainment - "Awe inspiring", CD good; more involvement with people.
• We need more candles
• No scully mushrooms. (Animal was cleaning all dishes on the other side of the hall, which is away from the kitchen. He had no idea what was going on and did not receive any information.)
