Great Northern War 2007

GREAT NORTHERN WAR – M’LADY GIANETTA DE PIRO I braved the elements and attended my first Great Northern War this year - and I had such a wonderful time; even after my bed went flat!!! Everything from the site to the delicious food was memorable. I particularly enjoyed the Ring of Fire and the blazing trebuchet (I know I'm not alone here!). It was really good to see so many familiar faces and to meet some new ones. And remarkably, I didn't fall victim to the Powerful Owl. Congratulations to their Excellencies Wendell and Catalin and stewarding team. GNW was an excellent event. I'm looking forward to next year!! Gianetta De Piro P.S.
