• Good news. 12 names sent to Laurel.
• K&Q to use our Kingdom banners at Festival.
• $100 allocated to banner poles.

A&S:

• Will is stepping down.
• Contarina taking over as Deputy.

Chirurgeon:

• upcoming Water Wench meeting – recruiting.

Hospitaller:

• upcoming QUT Demo.

Reeve:

• Money from the Merry Wives of Windsor is still outstanding.

Constable:

• No report

Quartermaster:

• return stuff to me!!!!! REALLY, I mean it!

General Business:

• Sabine – Cross buttony proposed on Sun/Mon on long weekend instead of High Hunt.
• Keith’s committee is enquiring of venues.
• Stanzi – Royal Visit, propose to pay for half travel of the Crown to the March Baronial. Approved.
• Archery Tourney list field, request for $200 for bits & pieces if other options are exhausted. (Approved)
• Stefano– Roman Feast made $136 profit. QUT Demo is all go.
