January Baronial Meeting 2003

Start: 7.32pm

Present:

Seneschal:

• Floats for events must come from the Baronial coffers not from payments for the event.
• There may be a chance of more storage at the field if the club expands as planned.

Marshal:

• Numbers are up (18 in armour about the same number out)
• Waiting on paper work before change over to Stefano.

Reeve:

• Has reported, Balance Approx $5172.13

Heralds:

• A very comprehensive report on the doings of this office, 6 new registrations since last report.

Hospit:

• Please return gear, lots of newbies (See Baroness for clothing)

Constable:

• All is good.

A&S:

• More details on what is happening this year after A&S starts.
