Attendance:

Seneschal

• Alaric: HRH has asked his deputy to act as Seneschal effective immediately

Herald:

• Currently 17 submissions at various levels (14 St Floz) with 6 more on the way.

Constable:

• Everything is fine, people signing forms at fighter practice

Hospitaller:

• Please return any garb still outstanding

Quartermaster:

• Please return any monies owing and are missing some tablecloths.

Chirurgeon:

• Please provide feedback on the water services provided by our other war unit at festival

Marshall:

• Will be doing armour inspections at fighter practice.

List:

• looking for a replacement for this office or Quartermaster

Reeve:

• Balance as at end of month $7,185.

A&S:

• Lilith and Huguette take over effective immediately.

Seneschal:

• Please report to your kingdom officers, as it is a requirement of you position. I shall act in this position and step down in January after the reign of Alaric and Nerissa

• August see event notices.
• Float for hall approved $863.10 and supplied.
• Volunteers for event please contact Acacia.
• Bookings to Gryff.
