Forms for Event Stewards (event managers)
The following forms are here to make running events easier. If you feel we can improve what is here please contact the Seneschal.
Use these forms to start make your event official:
An event form and budget must be approved at a St Florian Finance meeting before it can go ahead.
Contact the Seneschal for to get the date of the next meeting.
Event Approval Form - this is the offical approved event form and must be used when submitting events
Recommended: a budget is required for your event, this is a useful template but you can do your own version.
Budget Approval Form - A template to help you cost out your event - Excel version contains formulas.
Pegasus: Use this link to advertise your event in the Kingdom newsletter. Required for events for where the King and Queen are attending- optional otherwise.
Statutory Declaration - A 'stat dec' is used to declare unreceipted expences

Constable Waivers - Waiver forms are required for all events. These are the latest forms on the Lochac Constables webpage
Recommended: a summary report is required for your event, this is a useful template but you can do your own version.
