Mistress Leonore de Scotia has asked the Board to be released as Secretary of SCA Ltd. The Board has acceded to her request and thanks her for all her hard work as Secretary of the company.

Following a vote of the Board, Lord Paidin MacLorkan (Laurence Cooke) has stepped down as Deputy Chairperson and stepped up as the new Secretary of SCA Ltd. Lady Elswyth of Bery has been elected as the new Deputy Chairperson.
